90-Day Return Policy

Sole Dynamix insoles are backed by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us if your insoles:

• Arrived with damage to either the shell or padding
• Have issues with either fit or function

We can repair, remake, or issue a refund for your insoles within 90 days of receiving the product. We simply ask that you send the items back to us. We will provide a shipping label for your return.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer insole exchanges for cosmetic reasons. 

Because this is a custom product, we will not accept new scans or impressions for a replacement from an individual other than the original customer that placed the order.

We will begin 3D printing your insoles when we receive your completed order and foot impressions or scans. If you want to make changes to your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to assist you if we have not started fabrication of your insoles.
