Custom Insoles for Hammer Toes

With hammer toes, some of your toes bend at certain joints, getting stuck in the shape of a hammer or mallet. This can be caused by genetics, flat feet, high arches, tight shoes, arthritis, certain diseases, or other issues.

Relieve Your Hammer Toes

To help work on the causes and symptoms of hammertoes, our custom insoles can include:

  • A Metatarsal Pad: This soft pad gently stretches out the long ligaments in your toes, relieving stress and tension that can be aggravating hammer toes
  • High-Quality Padding: When hammer toes force the tips of your toes downward, this padding relieves the pressure on them, giving your toes a rest
You didn’t expect to have hammer toes, and you’d like to feel better. Imagine the soft padding and custom contours of custom orthotics soothing your toes and soles. Choose “hammer toes” on the Sole Dynamix quiz to add features to help this condition.

Helen's Full Recovery

Helen* was a factory worker who had developed hammer toes affecting both feet. She had a surgery to fix one of them, but it didn’t relieve her pain—even when she took a month off for recovery and physical therapy. Unfortunately, her foot pain kept her from finishing full shifts at her job. She had to start thinking about early retirement because she couldn’t fully participate at work. Her doctor recommended trying custom foot orthotics. They included padding under the ball of the foot, which took stress away from her hammer toes, reducing the pain. These custom shoe insoles helped so much that she was able to return to full shifts! She set her own retirement date and is now working toward it, excited about a future with better mobility and healthy feet. * Name changed for privacy. This was one person’s experience.
